What happens if AI misinterprets an order?
When the system detects ambiguity, no order reaches the ERP without review. Each interpreted order receives a confidence score: clear cases are processed automatically and uncertain ones are flagged for human review before confirmation. Your team remains fully in control.
Is it safe to connect WhatsApp and email?
Yes. Data is encrypted in transit and only the fields required to create the order are processed. We comply with GDPR and sign a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) with every customer.
Do I need to migrate or replace my system?
No. Dopin integrates natively with Microsoft, Sage, NetSuite, SAP and Odoo without migrating your current system or changing internal processes. Validated orders are recorded automatically using your existing customer, order, pricing and warehouse structure.
How much does it cost and how long does implementation take?
